PRICING

At Klok Law, we take several types of cases on contingency, meaning you don’t pay any attorney fees unless we win. These types of cases include personal injury, social security disability and Veterans disability matters.

For real estate closings, estate planning documents, and small business services, we have several flat fee packages available.

For all other areas, we understand that some clients are budget-conscious or have restricted resources, so we provide different levels of representation to fit your budget.

Pay As You Go

No retainer or deposit is required. Klok Law will assist you from time to time, upon your request.

Consultation-Based

You will represent yourself. Consultation-Based allows for more assistance in that you purchase document packages and allows for more assistance than “pay as you go.” You are required to purchase the packages up front after an initial consultation at affordable prices.

Limited Scope Representation

You will represent yourself as much as possible, and only pay for formal representation regarding select aspects of your case.

Full Representation

Formal representation applicable to all aspects of your case, including all hearings and during trial (if necessary).
